Our 1" premium wood blinds are made from 100% grade A kiln-dried basswood, widely regarded as the premier wood for blinds on the market today. Basswood is a stable hardwood that is lightweight, resists warp, and is easy to clean. Our basswood is first sanded to a smooth finish and then painted or stained with a special multi-coat application. This process includes a top coat sealant with UV protectant ensuring a beautiful, long lasting finish. Our 1" premium wood blinds are a great addition to any room and with only 1/2" of depth required for inside mounting they can cover windows 2" blinds cannot. The small slat size also makes them perfect for doors with lever handles.
