For certain requests, we require that you provide the following information:

The information that you provide will be analyzed to determine whether we can reasonably verify your identity. We may need to obtain additional information from you to process your request. For example, if we determine that the information provided is not sufficient for verification, you may be prompted to answer a few questions.
If you submit an email address with your access or delete request, we will send an email to you, asking that you confirm that we have the correct email address within six (6) days of receiving the confirmation email or your request will expire. If you do not see an email from us, please check your spam folder.
Please note that we may require additional information from you in order to honor your request, and there may be circumstances where we will not honor your request, as permitted under the law. You should also provide proof of your authorization to act on the other person's behalf. We will contact you for additional information once your request has been received. Note that we may require the consumer to verify their identify and confirm your authority as the agent.
Security
When you place orders on our websites, all of your order information, including your credit card number and delivery address, is transmitted through the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology causes your browser to encrypt your order information before transmitting it to our secure server. SSL technology, an industry standard, is designed to prevent someone other than operators of our websites from capturing and viewing your personal information.
